• Walt serves as the Director of Education for Century 21 All Islands. He is the Principal of All Islands Real Estate School, which offers Salesperson and Broker courses.
• Walt is also responsible for the new agent training program, Quick Start, which is a computer-based instruction tool for agents statewide.

Carol M. Egan, MA, JD, R

Real Estate Instructor

• Carol is a real estate instructor for All Islands Real Estate School

• A Realtor since the early 1990s, Carol taught GRI and Continuing Education courses for the Honolulu Board of Realtors and Hawaii Association of Realtors, and taught Real Estate Law and Business Law courses for the College of Business Administration at the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus.

• Carol recently worked as a speechwriter for Mayor Jeremy Harris and has been a mediator and arbitrator. Carol is a licensed attorney in Hawaii and Illinois. She lives in Waikiki.

Diane Fujikami, RB

Real Estate Instructor

• Diane is a real estate instructor for All Islands Real Estate School
• She holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a Masters degree from the University of Hawaii
• Diane has had her real estate license since 1987 and became a real estate broker in 1990. 
• She has been a principal broker, broker-in-charge, broker-salesperson and a new agent trainer.
• Diane has experience teaching adult education due to previous part-time teaching assignments

Jack Blanton, RB, GRI

Real Estate Instructor

• Jack is a Real Estate Broker in Hawaii, Colorado, and Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas in Austin.

• He was a Real Estate Developer at the Crested Butte Ski Area in Colorado.  His last project was Skyland Resort and Country Club consisting of a Championship Golf Course by Robert Trent Jones with homes and condominiums throughout the course. 

•  Jack taught Preparation for the State Exam for 5 years in Colorado for the Real Estate Training Center in Colorado. 

• Jack has had a home in Princeville for 26 years and has lived on Kauai full time for the last 6 years.  He has been a Century 21 All Islands agent for 5 years and has a GRI and a Masters and 3 Centurion designations. 

• He loves teaching and especially enjoys working with newcomers to the industry.

Russell W.H. Chee, BA, JD

Real Estate Instructor

• Russell is a licensed attorney and has practiced corporate and real estate law in Hawaii since 1979
• As Vice President and Legal Counsel for Security Title Corporation, Russell specialized in escrow and title insurance matters, and due to his tenure as Contracts Manager for Hilton Grand Vacations Company, Russell has knowledge of the time share industry.
• Russell's experience also includes a Realty Specialist position with the Department of the Navy, where he worked on the Ford Island Development and military housing privatization projects.
• Russell has previously taught Salesperson and Broker courses for Stapleton's Hawaii Institue of Real Estate.
• Ressell lives in Aina Haina, and he enjoys running, music, and Pac 10 college football.
